Given the COVID-19 restrictions on face to face training Professional Divers Training Academy will be offering the ADAS Onshore Dive Supervisor course via online web seminars for the 12 theory modules.
The theory modules will be approximately 3hrs in duration each and be offered in both working hours and evening time slots to suit individual student needs. The sessions will be ongoing so any student that misses a module can either complete it at a later stage or during their practical/face to face assessments.
Students will be issued all ADAS training material and will be required to submit required assignments and workbook during the theory sessions.
A practical component is also required to be completed and will be available once all the online modules have been completed. The practical component is a week in duration and will consist of face to face revision, oral assessment, online exams and dive supervisor practical scenarios. The practical sessions will be offered at both our Melbourne and Sydney training facilities and is expected to be post September once we are out of the COVID-19 restrictions and face to face training can resume.
The course will be offered in two parts $1,000.00 for the theory component and $1,700.00 for the practical component.
